Our services are provided on a monthly subscription basis. Package details, deliverables, and pricing are outlined in your service agreement. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle. Late payments may result in service suspension or termination.
All content created by GoodIn Philippines will be submitted for your review and approval before publishing, except for packages that include full management authorization. You retain ownership of your brand assets and approved content. We retain the right to showcase work samples in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to modify service offerings, packages, and pricing with notice to existing clients. Changes will not affect your current billing cycle but may apply to subsequent renewals.
Either party may terminate services with written notice before the next billing cycle. Upon termination:

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for services in the three months preceding the claim.
Content created specifically for your business becomes your property upon payment. Generic templates, processes, and methodologies remain the intellectual property of GoodIn Philippines. You may not resell or redistribute our services to third parties.
We will maintain the confidentiality of your business information, account credentials, and proprietary data. We will not share your information with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.
While we work diligently to create effective social media content and strategy, we do not guarantee specific results such as follower growth, engagement rates, or business outcomes. Social media performance depends on numerous factors including platform algorithms, market conditions, and audience behavior.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless GoodIn Philippines from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Philippine courts in Metro Manila.
We will not be liable for failure to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, internet service disruptions, or social media platform outages.
We may update these Terms of Service periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify clients of material changes via email.
These Terms of Service, together with your service agreement and our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and GoodIn Philippines regarding our services.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal action related to these terms must be brought in the appropriate courts of Metro Manila.
